Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By downloading, accessing or using the mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
We may change or modify these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending a notification, posting a notice on the Services or updating the “Last Updated” date above.Your continued use of the Services will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to frequently review the Terms to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Services. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Services and delete your QUEET account.

You must use the Application and its services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use any device or software to inflict any damage on the Application and to evade the normal procedure, to interfere or attempt to interfere with the work process of the Application.You must also take any action that will impose an excessive or disproportionately heavy load on our server. You represent and warrant that you will not record any personal conversations and other confidential information and upload it to the Internet and/or disclose it in any other way if it is unrelated to the commission of a crime of any severity. The Application is intended solely for personal use of individual registered users. Any commercial, non-commercial and/or other usage of the Application and Application content is strictly prohibited. Organizations and any other social entities are not eligible to register as Application users or use the Application for any purpose. The Application Administration reserves the right to take reasonable measures to prevent sending the unsolicited messages to registered Application users.
This section is about who can use QUEET.
QUEET is intended for use by people who are 13 years of age or older. Persons under the age of 13 are prohibited from creating QUEET accounts. You affirm that you are either more than 18 years old, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms. In addition, you affirm that you have not been previously suspended or removed from the Services and do not have more than one QUEET account.

By using the QUEET application you agree to let QUEET collect information about your usage and behaviour on the application. Also, QUEET will collect information about any actions and interactions with the sender of the message. This data will be used for enhancing user experience and upgrading the application to be better and more-friendly to use.
This section is about content created by user.
The Services consist of interactive features and areas that allow users to create or store content, including photos, videos and text. You understand that your User Content may be viewable by others and you are obligated to post decent content. You agree that you are solely responsible for your User Content and that QUEET is not responsible or liable for any User Content. While we are not obligated to do so, we reserve the right, and have absolute discretion, to review, screen and delete User Content at any time and for any reason. Users have the right to update the guest data to their personal data. In case of explicit content the Application access will be granted depending on the user provided data.
Information provided by other users may be offensive, defamatory, inaccurate or misleading, which is not allowed. You must be cautious, take commonsense precautions when using the Application. You are responsible for your relationships with other Application users. You agree that if there arises a dispute between you and one or more Application users you will not demand or make a claim to the Company, including its officers and employees, to make a payment for any damages. The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to control the disputes between Application users.

In addition to the other restrictions outlined in these Terms, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Services for any purpose that is illegal, beyond the scope of their intended use, or otherwise prohibited in these Terms
- Use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services, or that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the functioning of the Services in any manner
- Compromise the security of the Services
- Send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, solicitations or promotional materials
- Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means or interface not provided by us to access the Services or to extract data
- Reverse engineer any aspect of the Services or do anything that might discover source code or bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to any area, content or code of the Services
- Use or attempt to use another user’s account without authorization
- Attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques we employ, or attempt to access areas/features of the Services that you are not authorized to access
- Attempt to indicate in any manner that you have a relationship with us or that we have endorsed you or any products or services without our express written consent to do so
- Engage in any harassing, intimidating, predatory or stalking conduct
- Develop any third-party applications that interact with User Content or the Services without our prior written consent; and
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or engage in, encourage, or promote any activity that violates these Terms
You further agree to abide by any third-party terms that apply when posting reviews of QUEET, including the iTunes App Store Terms of Service and/or the Android Market Terms of Service. Posting QUEET usernames in app store reviews is strictly prohibited and may result in the deletion of your QUEET account.
This section is about account security.
After opening a QUEET account, you accept all responsibility for any activity that occurs while logged into your account. You take care for the secure storage of your passwords and account information.
You agree that you will not share your password with others or do anything that might jeopardize the security of your account. You are also responsible for the security of the device you use to connect to the Internet. You acknowledge and agree that neither the Company nor the Application users, nor any other third party shall be liable for the losses incurred by you because of your negligent attitude to the safety of the device you use to connect to the Internet, or because you have disclosed/entrusted the information about your password or account to other persons or stored it improperly.
Modifications to the Services
This section is about the possibility that we may change the Services in the future.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Services or any part thereof.
This section describes how to provide notice to QUEET of content on QUEET that infringes the intellectual property rights of another and QUEET ’s rights with respect to that notice.
QUEET respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of, upon notice, restricting access to or deleting content that infringes a third party’s copyright and, in appropriate circumstances and in our sole discretion, terminating account holders or other users of the Services who are deemed to be repeat infringers of a third party’s copyrighted work.
